(I) PROPOSED BONUS ISSUE OF SHARES; AND
(II) PROPOSED ISSUE OF FREE WARRANTS,
(COLLECTIVELY REFERRED TO AS THE “PROPOSALS”)
We refer to the Company’s announcement dated 28 February 2025 in relation to the Proposals. Unless otherwise stated, all terms used herein shall have the same meaning as defined in the said announcement.
On behalf of the Board, AmInvestment Bank wishes to announce that the Company had on 18 April 2025 submitted an application to Bursa Securities for the following:
(i) listing and quotation of up to 1,566,553,232 Bonus Shares on the Main Market of Bursa Securities;
(ii) admission to the Official List and initial listing and quotation of up to 293,728,731 Warrants on the Main Market of Bursa Securities; and
(iii) listing and quotation of up to 293,728,731 new GCB Shares to be issued arising from the exercise of the Warrants on the Main Market of Bursa Securities.
